Leadership Team


Janine de Nysschen - General Manager
Janine de Nysschen is a widely-experienced transformation strategist and business development consultant, used to having both leadership and operational roles helping companies with accelerated change and growth. She thrives in diverse environments, and has managed project teams and business initiatives around the world. After working on server technologies for Microsoft in the USA for eight years, Janine started private consulting in 2008. She advised CEOS and entrepreneurs in a variety of industries – from banking and construction to medical devices and ICT. Six years ago, Janine relocated to Africa, where she has focused on driving change in private sector healthcare. She has successfully lobbied for healthcare investment, and she has coached healthcare managers and worked with several clinics, medical labs, pharmacies and diagnostic imaging centres to maximize operations and profitability. Janine has been with SGMC since February 2016.


Dr Clement Edusa - Medical Director
Dr. Clement Egyin Edusa has been with SGMC since 2014, first as Head of Oncology, and in 2016, being appointed as Medical Director. Dr. Edusa has had extensive training in the field of oncology, having received his initial medical education in Russia – followed by specialization in clinical and radiation oncology at Korle Bu Teaching Hospital in Ghana. He has also completed advanced oncology training in South Africa. In addition to being registered to practice in Ghana, Dr. Edusa is a registered member of the European Society of Medical Oncology, and the American Society of Clinical Oncology. Owing to his in-depth oncology expertise especially around cancer treatment in Africa, he has both published papers and presented at international conferences on issues such as Prostate Cancer Management, Breast Cancer Risks, and Treating Cancers Prevalent in Ghana. Dr. Edusa is supported by a widely experienced team of medical oncology professionals at SGMC who have also received acclaim for their work at international level.


Dr Emmanuel Amankwaa-Frempong - Clinical Oncologist
Dr. Emmanuel Amankwaa-Frempong holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Medicine with a research background in Breast Cancer Genetics and Tumor Markers. He received his initial medical education in Ghana – followed by specialization in clinical and radiation oncology at Korle Bu Teaching Hospital and Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital in Ghana. He has also completed a radiation oncology fellowship training at the Cork University Hospital in the Republic of Ireland. He is registered to practice in Ghana. Before joining SGMC, Dr. Amankwaa-Frempong was the project manager in charge of an ongoing cancer project organized by Union for International Cancer Control (UICC) in Ghana. He has both published papers and presented at international conferences on issues such as Breast Cancer Chemotherapy Response, and Radiotherapy Treatment Planning. Currently, Dr. Amankwaa-Frempong is one of SGMC’s on site Clinical Oncologists and the Head of Research, responsible for driving all research activities at SGMC and for leading collaborations of educational programs and projects with other health institutions.


Edward Banson - Case Management
Edward Banson is a Chartered Marketing Professional with over 20 years’ experience in marketing various commercial and non-profit brands across several industries in Ghana. He was employed first as a Marketing Manager at SGMC in October 2014, and later appointed as Head of Case Management, where he and his team handle all doctor referrals, patient communications, medical logistics and treatment support. Edward attended Central University College. He also holds a Master’s Degree from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK). He has also attended several seminars and conferences in oncology both locally and internationally since being employed at the cancer center. Edward collaborates with health professionals around the West African sub-region to provide assistance in oncology care to people living with cancer in this part of the world.


George Felix Acquah - Radiation Safety and Medical Physics
George Felix Acquah is a Certified Radiation Oncology Medical Physicist with six years of clinical experience, who doubles as the Radiation Protection Officer (RPO) for SGMC. He received his B.Sc. (Physics) from KNUST, Ghana, and his MPhil (Medical Physics) through the University of Ghana. He joined SGMC in 2012 after completing his clinical training at the NCRNM, Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital. George is certified by the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) – Ghana and holds various international professional certifications, including from International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), the European Society for Radiotherapy and Oncology (ESTRO), and the American Association of Physicists in Medicine (AAPM). He is a professional member of the Ghana Society of Medical Physics (GSMP) and the Federation of African Medical Physics Organization (FAMPO). George currently has 12 scientific publications as well as a number of international scientific posters and oral presentations under his belt.


Chris Osam Doudoo - Clinical Practice
Chris Osam Doudoo started with SGMC in 2012 as a Radiotherapist and was appointed as Clinical Practice Manager in 2016. He has a BSc in Radiotherapy from the University of Ghana, and clinical work experience at the Skåne University Hospital in Lund, Sweden. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Radiotherapy and Oncology from Sheffield Hallam University, United Kingdom.
Chris is a registered member of the Ghana Society of Radiographers (GSR) where he serves on their education and research committee. He is also one of Africa’s ambassadors for the World Radiography Educational Trust Fund (WRETF). He has presented several scientific papers both locally and internationally. He recently won an award to present his work at the 19th ISRRT World Congress in Seoul, Korea.


Ademetan Oluwasegun - Technical Services
Ademetan Segun was specifically recruited to SGMC from Nigeria in September 2012 as the company’s first Medical Engineer, and was later promoted to Technical Services Manager in 2016. Segun has two decades of work behind him, including being Chief Engineer in one of Nigeria’s biggest medical diagnostic companies, Union Diagnostic and Clinical Services PLC, for five years. At SGMC, he has invested in extensive training around oncology equipment, and leads the company’s top-rated preventative maintenance for its on-site chemotherapy, radiotherapy and imaging services. He has attended multiple engineering training courses in the Netherlands, Italy, Switzerland, France and the UK, and has been individually trained by Elekta as SGMC’s in-house engineer for the linear accelerator and brachytherapy machines.

Ahmed Owusu-Ansah Acheamfour - Pharmacist
Ahmed Owusu-Ansah Acheamfour is our Pharmacist (Oncology) who joined the SGMC team in 2018. He is a Registered Pharmacist and a member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ghana with over 4 years practicing experience. Prior to joining SGMC, he worked as the Pharmacist-In-Charge and Head of Pharmacy at Raphal Medical Centre in Tema where he led a team of professionals to provide the best pharmaceutical care for patients in general medicine for 4 years. He had worked as an Intern Pharmacist and then a Contract Pharmacist at Tetteh Quarshie Memorial Hospital at Mampong-Akuapem where he was a store pharmacist and in charge of the Anti-Retroviral Therapy Unit of the hospital from October 2012 to March 2014. He seeks to provide the very best in pharmaceutical care to all and sundry with the smile on a patient’s face his ultimate gain. At SGMC, Ahmed has received requisite training in the handling, reconstitution and storage of cytotoxic medicines.


Caleb Oppong-Wiafe - Pharmacist
Caleb Oppong-Wiafe is SGMC’s Oncology Pharmacist. He obtained his B. Pharm at KNUST. Following that he had 9 months clinical internship at the Korle-Bu teaching hospital and a 3-month community internship at The Mall Pharmacy. Before joining SGMC in 2016, Caleb worked with various clinics and pharmaceutical institutions in the country. As a strong advocate of child health, Caleb volunteers with groups such as Lovebridge and Afadjato pharmacists to provide health and social needs to orphans and children on the street. At SGMC Caleb has received training in chemotherapy reconstitution, handling and storage of cytotoxic drugs and post-chemo follow-up of patients. Currently, he is pursuing a certification in Project Management. Caleb is a member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ghana.


Cecile Akue - Case Support Officer
Cecile Akue is a bilingual case support officer at SGMC who joined the case management unit in 2017. Cecile’s job is to provide administrative support for SGMC’s Case Coordinators as well as families, sponsors and patients, helping them to access the SGMC facility, navigate through clinical processes and complete their treatment outcomes. She ensures our Francophone patients in particular can complete their treatments with efficient support for their logistical needs. Cecile received her degree in Business Law at the University of Nongo Conakry and also studied English at the Centre of Languages and Professional English Studies. She did training in Health and Safety Management at Phanoeco Ltd. Cecile previously worked as an intern secretary at Societe des Eaux Guinea, and also spent a one-year internship in academia teaching entrepreneurship after the successful completion of her English studies.


Charles Offei Yeboah - Case Logistics Officer
Charles Offei Yeboah is our Case Logistics Officer. His education was at the West African Secondary School followed by studies at Modern Technical School where he received training as a telecommunication technician. He also took courses such as business law and cargo handling at the Aviation Institute in Tema; after which he interned at the Ghana Ports and Harbour’s Authority. Charles worked at SeedShare Microfinance as a customer care representative, receiving training in marketing and funds mobilization. At SGMC, Charles spends a lot of time driving patients to and from treatments, collecting cancer drugs and answering patients’ questions and phone calls.


Angela Forster - Chemotherapy Nurse
Angela Forster is a registered nurse at SGMC. She obtained her first degree from University of Ghana, Legon, and had her nursing rotation at Korle Bu teaching hospital. She has 8 years of clinical experience in an emergency and treatment unit, outpatient department and ambulatory surgery centre, as well as two years’ experience working in an oncology setting. In 2013, Angela received training in cardiac monitoring and fluid administration at 37 Military Hospital, and also participated in workshops including Breast Cancer; Improving Its Management and Outcomes- quality assurance and occupational hazards. At SGMC, Angela currently shuffles between the chemotherapy unit where she counsels and administer chemotherapy to patients and the OPD where she does patient assessment and education, phlebotomy and general nursing care. Angela has a ‘HEART BEAT’ of caring for the sick. She is a member of the Ghana Registered Nurses and Midwives Association.


Djenabou Tebou Doumbouya - Senior Case Coordinator
Djenabou Tebou Doumbouya has progressed rapidly in SGMC after starting in a receptionist role at our front desk in 2014, to being an integral part of the patient management process in her current position as Senior Case Coordinator. As a senior member of the Case Management Unit, Djenabou leads SGMC’s engagements with patients from Francophone countries, and has been instrumental in building out referral networks in Burkina Faso, Togo and Cote d’Ivoire. She coordinates all aspects of patient treatment with the multi-disciplinary clinical team, while assuring SGMC’s premium care services are at the appropriate level. Djenabou hails from Conakry – Guinea, where she schooled and obtained a master’s degree in Rural Economics Management from the Institute of Faranah. She recently completed a Certificate in Public Relations. Before joining SGMC, Djenabou worked as a bilingual receptionist for a dental facility in Accra. Prior to that, she was a project assistant for document management at Anglogold Ashanti Limited in Accra – Ghana.


Enyonam Adzo Fugar - Chemotherapy Nurse
Enyonam Adzo Fugar (Chemotherapy Nurse) RGN, Deg. Oncology Nursing, MD Nursing and a member of the Nurses and Midwives Council of Ghana. Enyonam had her initial nursing training in Ho Nurses Training College and obtained her Diploma in General nursing in 2008, before working as a general nurse for 5 years. She subsequently trained as an Oncology nurse and obtained her first Degree in Oncology Nursing in 2013 at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology in Cape Town, South Africa. She did her internship at Groote Schuur Hospital, St Luke Hospice, Rondebosch Oncology Unit – all in South Africa. Enyonam obtained her Master’s Degree in the same field, where her primary research was on the role of nurses in the care of cancer-diagnosed patients (Cape Peninsula University of Technology in Bellville-Cape Town, South Africa). She worked as a chemotherapy nurse in the National Center for Radiotherapy and Nuclear Medicine in the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital for almost two years before officially joining SGMC in 2016 as a chemotherapy nurse. Here in SGMC, she sees to day-to-day activities of our patients undergoing chemotherapy, arranging counseling sessions for new patients to commence chemotherapy and handling follow-up care for patients. She is one of the few oncology trained nurses in Ghana.


Gadeka Dormenyo Dominic - Radiographer
Dominic Gadeka Dormenyo was hired as a Senior Radiographer for SGMC in 2017 to manage CT and MRI diagnostic imaging procedures. His responsibilities as an integral part of the Radiotherapy Unit include performing prescribed imaging studies according to clinic protocols. He furthermore collaborates with the Radiation Oncologist and multidisciplinary therapy team in assessing clinical findings of performed diagnostic studies. He also assists in quality assurance procedures for the CT and MRI regarding image quality and other dosimetry parameters.


Gladys Owusu - Critical Care Nurse
Gladys Owusu started with the SGMC team in 2015 as a state registered nurse. She had her specialty training in critical care and completed her initial nursing studies in 2010. She is a registered member of the Critical Nurses Group, Ghana and the American Association of Critical Care (AACN). Gladys previously worked at Komfo Anokye Teaching hospital (KATH) in Kumasi (A/R) from 2005 to 2013 at both the Burns and Plastic Surgery Unit and later moved to the Burns and Plastic Surgery Intensive Care Unit (BICU) as the first critical care nurse specialist. Thereafter Gladys expanded her nursing skills by working at the National Cardio Thoracic Intensive Care Unit at Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital, followed by Nyaho Medical Center as the Deputy OPD in-charge from 2013 to 2015. Gladys has over 12 years’ experience in patient care, wound management, cancer care, and nursing of critically ill patients. Her greatest interest is in hospital bound infection prevention. She oversees SGMC’s training initiatives around infection control, and also actively participates in cross-function projects at the Company.

Michael Mordey - Radiotherapist
Michael Mordey has worked for SGMC on and off as a Radiotherapist, returning to a permanent role in the Radiotherapy Unit in 2017. He previously worked in the UK within the NHS hospitals for eight years, including working at the Christie, Manchester and the Clatterbridge Cancer Centre, Liverpool. Michael has also worked at the National Centre for Radiotherapy and Nuclear Medicine in Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital. He obtained B.Tech. in Radiotherapy from the University of Johannesburg, South Africa. He has a certificate in Leadership and Team Skills from the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). Michael also received a certificate in Clinical Governance from the Institute of Clinical Governance and Healthcare. He is registered with the Allied Health Professions Council, Ghana and Health and Care Professions Council, UK.


Philip Oppong Kyeremeh Jr. - Senior Medical Physicist
Philip Oppong Kyeremeh Jnr is an Allied Health Professions Council–Ghana (AHPC-G) certified Medical Physicist with over 3–years working experience in radiation oncology. He holds a BSc. (Engineering physics) from the UCC and an MPhil. (Medical Physics) from the University of Ghana, Legon. Upon a successfully completion of a year’s clinical internship program with the NCRNM, Korle Bu and the 37 military hospital, necessary for licensing as a clinical medical physicist, He spent a couple of years in academia teaching Ultrasound Physics, General Physics and Biophysics.
He joined SGMC in 2015 as a Medical Physicist, and has subsequently moved to a specialized role as SGMC’s Lead Dosimetrist where he focuses energy and details in generating precise radiotherapy treatment plans which are central in the radiation therapy process. Philip is adaptable, and action–oriented with creativity from concepts to implementation; with one of his ingenious approaches heretofore selected for a prestigious ‘UNESCO –MARS RESEARCHERS AWARD’ across Africa in 2017. He has authored several research papers published in international scientific journals, as well as presented on a number of award-winning posters. He has been involved in several International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and African Regional Cooperative Agreement (AFRA) training courses and programs; with the most recent being ‘QUATRO Audits’ in radiotherapy.
Philip is a professional member of the Ghana Society for Medical Physics (GSMP), the Federation of African Medical Physics Organisation (FAMPO) and an affiliate of the International Organization of Medical Physics (IOMP).


Promise Ahiagbenyo - Chief Radiation Therapist
Promise Ahiagbenyo is a certified radiation therapist with 6 years of clinical experience. He obtained his B.Sc. (Therapy Radiography) from the University of Ghana, Legon and subsequently trained at the National Centre for Radiotherapy and Nuclear Medicine, Korlebu for a year. During this period, Promise volunteered with various organizations including AdCancer – a non-governmental organization involved in cancer education and screening programmes. Promise joined SGMC in 2012 and currently serves as the team lead for the Radiotherapy Department. Some of his roles include: coordinating patient flow and treatment schedules with the case management team, training medical physics students from the school of nuclear and allied sciences (SNAS) on the use of SGMC’s linear accelerator(LinAc) and assisting in research with physicists from the Ghana Atomic Energy Council, GAEC. Promise is a member of the Ghana Society of Radiographers and is registered with the Allied Health Profession’s Council.


Stephanie Esther Hayibor - OPD Nursing Assistant
Stephanie Esther Hayibor has been a nursing assistant at SGMC since 2013. We depend on Stephanie to make a positive first impression as she is amongst the first people our patients see when they come to SGMC for treatment. Stephanie had her training at Narh-Bita school of nursing, where she was trained to assist doctors and nurses to deliver quality care to patients. At SGMC she prepares patients by taking and recording vital signs. She also helps to prepare treatment rooms and is responsible for storing and setting up medical equipment. Patient care and wellbeing have always been her hallmark. Stephanie previously received training at Lancet Laboratory as a phlebotomist, learning to take patient samples and specimens. She has also received customer care training, industrial fire protection and basic life support training while she has been at SGMC.


Abigail Amoah - Research and Marketing Officer
Abigail Amoah is SGMC’s Research and Marketing officer. She received her BSc. in Biochemistry from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. She also obtained a diploma in Marketing from the London School of Management. Her postgraduate degree was in Cancer Immunology at the University of Nottingham, UK, where her primary research was in breast cancer. Abigail has previously worked with various research groups like the cervical cancer research group in the Kumasi Centre for Collaborative research in Tropical Medicine (KCCR), Ghana and the breast unit of the Nottingham City Hospital to identify markers suitable as targets for cancer treatment in minority groups. She has also received training in cancer registration, health data analysis and clinical research in resource-limiting environments. In addition to coordinating the Company’s research projects, she manages client data before, during and after treatment at SGMC to guide analysis and forecast of patient case load and treatment capacity.
Operational Team
Sweden Ghana Medical Centre places a lot of emphasis on management of its administrative and technical operations to ensure our facilities for cancer care function efficiently. Our operational staff are widely experienced, and we continue to invest in their training. SGMC also has a fully qualified technical services team permanently on site, with our own dedicated biomedical engineer.

Eric Akweteh - Administration Logistics Officer
Eric Akweteh has had several logistical roles at SGMC since he was appointed at SGMC in 2012. Initially he managed transport functions, but his role was later expanded to include supporting the Business Services unit and its finance functions especially. In between conveying SGMC patients to and from their oncology treatments, Eric is an integral part of the drug procurement team and is regularly on the road to suppliers. He still oversees vehicle maintenance and repairs, and manages vehicle record keeping.


Eric Amoako - Maintenance Lead
Eric Amoako has been with SGMC since 2011, and is the Maintenance Lead for the company where he is responsible for supporting the day-to-day functioning of our facilities as part of the Technical Services unit. Eric supervises all maintenance services such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, waste disposal, recycling, installations, troubleshooting and building repairs. Before joining SGMC, Eric worked with Solana Electrical where he acted as Assistant Supervisor on projects at 37 Military Hospital and Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital. Eric completed certified courses as an Electrical Engineering Technician in 2007, and recently became certified as an Electrical Wiring Professional through the Energy Commission training in 2015.


Eric Gyampo - Maintenance Assistant
Eric Gyampo joined SGMC’s Maintenance Team in 2015 as a Maintenance Assistant to primarily support requests for air-conditioning servicing and repairs. He also assists the Maintenance Team Lead in areas such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, waste disposal, recycling, installations, troubleshooting and facility repairs. He completes daily maintenance checks and performs other regular preventative maintenance tasks.


Faustina Owusu - Housekeeping Assistant
Faustina Owusu joined SGMC as a housekeeper in 2012. Our SGMC housekeeping team is continuously busy dusting, mopping and sweeping patient reception and treatment areas, clinical planning and imaging units as well as administrative offices. They maintain a very high level of cleanliness and hygiene, and are all specially trained in infection control practices and patient caregiving support. You will also often find them helping out with supporting the Case Management team with patient logistics such as transferring patients to and from wheelchairs.


Festus Adinkrah-Kosopre - Accounts Officer
Festus Adinkrah Kosopre plays a key role in SGMC’s Business Services unit as the lead Accounts Officer. He joined the company in 2014. In addition to managing accounting compliance with statutory authorities, Festus is also responsible for compiling, analyzing and preparing SGMC’s financial information into required reporting formats. Festus completed his BSc in Accounting at the University of Professional Studies (Accra) in 2014, and graduates with an MBA in Accounting and Finance through the same institution in July 2018. Before his studies, Festus held an administrative position at the Customary Land Secretariat at Drobo, Brong Ahafo and was a research assistant at Waltex Consulting. Festus has already completed Part II of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICA) programme in Ghana, and is yet to complete Part III in November 2018.


George Ayi - Maintenance Assistant
George “Romeo” Ayi was recruited in 2011, and is one of SGMC’s earliest employees. As such, even though his title says Maintenance Assistant, he does much more. Mainly he assists the Maintenance Team Lead in areas such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, waste disposal, recycling, installations, troubleshooting and facility repairs. He also completes daily maintenance checks and performs other regular preventative maintenance tasks. When his primary tasks are done, you will often find Romeo helping out with meal preparation in the kitchen, or acting as a porter and caregiver when the case management team needs a helping hand.


Kingsley Obeng - Housekeeping Assistant
Kingsley Obeng joined SGMC as a housekeeper in 2017. Our SGMC housekeeping team is continuously busy dusting, mopping and sweeping patient reception and treatment areas, clinical planning and imaging units as well as administrative offices. They maintain a very high level of cleanliness and hygiene, and are all specially trained in infection control practices and patient caregiving support. You will also often find them helping out with supporting the Case Management team with patient logistics such as transferring patients to and from wheelchairs.


Lia Ssidji Komla Nicolas - Senior Caterer
Komla Lia Ssidji has a special role at SGMC: he has been catering for employees and patients from when the Company started, as far back as 2008. Nico as he is affectionately called, is in charge of preparing nutritious meals and managing the Company kitchen. He works alongside SGMC’s nutritionist to help patients receive special meals while they are undergoing treatment, and he knows many of the dietary tricks needed to combat the side effects. In addition to making meals for around 50 people per day, Nico also ensures that families and patients waiting for treatment get served light refreshments.


Olivia Owusua Addo - HR Officer
Olivia Owusua Addo is our caring Human Resource Officer and a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners (IHRMP). She holds an EDEXCEL National Diploma in Social Care with Psychology from the Newham College, Eastham-London, a BA (Hons) Human Resource Management and an Msc in International Business Management, all at the University of East London Business School, Docklands, UK. Back in the UK, Olivia worked for five years at the Barts Health NHS Trust- London as a Health Care Support worker and later on as an Employee Relations Officer. Olivia’s keen interest is in the concept of emotional labor – the regulation of employee emotions and expression for organizational purpose. In 2015 and after over 10 years in the UK, Olivia made the decision to relocate back to Ghana. Olivia added an extra dose of empathy to SGMC when she joined the Business Services team in 2016. Employees are frequently seen in her office for friendly and professional advice and support on various HR issues. She supports with the employee life cycle i.e. recruiting, screening and interviewing process of new employees. Olivia is also largely responsible for drafting employee policies and making sure all staff get the career support and training they need. She makes it a point of attending all social events – from weddings, funerals, to baby-naming ceremonies – to represent the company. She also handles the complex logistics for our interns and locums who are coming from abroad.


Rose Nyamade - Housekeeping Assistant
Rose Nyamade joined SGMC as a housekeeper in 2012. Our SGMC housekeeping team is continuously busy dusting, mopping and sweeping patient reception and treatment areas, clinical planning and imaging units as well as administrative offices. They maintain a very high level of cleanliness and hygiene, and are all specially trained in infection control practices and patient caregiving support. You will also often find them helping out with supporting the Case Management team with patient logistics such as transferring patients to and from wheelchairs.


Sampson Okyere Darko - Accounts Cashier
Sampson Okyere Darko was hired onto the Financial Team in 2015 as a Cashier, where he is primarily responsible for handling client payments in a friendly and efficient manner. He processes all payments and adjustments through the accounting system while validating necessary documentation. Sampson is also in charge of handling petty cash requests for approval and disbursement. He works closely with the Accounts Officer to prepare cheques for signature, and he performs daily cash reconciliation and bank deposits – keeping proper records of all transactions.


Stephen Ampaw - Housekeeping Supervisor
Stephen Ampaw is the supervisor for SGMC’s housekeeping team. He joined SGMC in 2013. It is Stephen’s responsibility to create schedules for housekeeping staff and to ensure their work is done in accordance with high standards of infection control and hygiene. Stephen also manages housekeeping equipment and cleaning consumables.


Willbright Aware - ICT Officer
Willbright Aware joined SGMC in 2014, and after working in various logistical roles, he was promoted to the position of ICT Officer in November 2017. Willbright’s is our IT system Administrator and ensures the smooth installation and configuration of SGMC servers and other devices, One core responsibilities are to assist the outsourced ICT vendors MultiThread with maintaining the day to day operations and smooth running of the Company’s ICT network and also Manage the Companies Website. He is the go-to person for all IT helpdesk issues. Willbright has Diploma in System Engineering, CompTIA A + ,Linux Fundamentals, CCNA, Server Infrastructure (Level 1 and 2). Currently, he is pursuing an advanced professional diploma in System Engineering(Level 3) at IPMC. Willbright has also dedicated himself to helping train all our staff to be more proficient with computer technology, and is currently running IT skills workshops for our housekeepers and security staff.


Issah Alhassan - Security
Issah Alhassan is one of SGMC’s security guards; he worked for the company prior to 2014, then rejoined the security team in 2016. Issah’s job responsibilities include patrolling and inspecting the property; monitoring visitor and staff activities; inspecting building, equipment and access points; as well as preventing losses and damage by reporting irregularities.


Segbedzi David Dodzi - Security
David Dodzi Segbedzi is one of SGMC’s security guards; he joined the original security team in 2011. David’s job responsibilities include patrolling and inspecting the property; monitoring visitor and staff activities; inspecting building, equipment and access points; as well as preventing losses and damage by reporting irregularities.


Andrews Doku - Security
Andrews Doku is one of SGMC’s security guards; he joined the team in 2012. Andrews’ job responsibilities include patrolling and inspecting the property; monitoring visitor and staff activities; inspecting building, equipment and access points; as well as preventing losses and damage by reporting irregularities.


Seidu Alhaji Ibrahim - Security Supervisor
Alhaji Ibrahim Seidu is the supervisor of SGMC’s security team. Alhaji has been safeguarding SGMC premises and personnel since 2011. He oversees his team’s activities of patrolling and inspecting the property; monitoring visitor and staff activities; inspecting building, equipment and access points; as well as preventing losses and damage by reporting irregularities. His commitment to the Company shows in many ways – he can often be found helping patients or making sure staff who work late get to their transport safely.


Daniel Okyere - Housekeeping Assistant
