One-year post-treatment support. Once your treatment ends at Sweden Ghana Medical Centre, you will be discharged from treatment with a follow-up protocol. As part of this, our Oncology team will ensure that your primary medical caregiver has the relevant medical information needed to continue with any necessary treatment support. Our Oncologist will conduct periodic health reviews. Your assigned case manager will also contact you regularly during the first year after your treatment to make sure that all your health needs have been met, and that you are complying with post-treatment instructions.
